4. International Data Transfer
Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are companies headquartered in the United States of America. As a result, data collected through cookies is transferred outside the territory of the Republic of Albania.
This transfer is carried out in the absence of an adequacy decision by the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data for the United States of America, pursuant to Article 40 of Law No. 124/2024. As an appropriate safeguard under Article 41, paragraph 1, of Law No. 124/2024, the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses that Google and Cloudflare apply as a global data protection mechanism in their contractual relationships with controllers.

5. Who We Share Data With
Data collected from cookies is shared only with:
- Google LLC — as processor of the Google Analytics 4 service, based on a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 26 of Law No. 124/2024
- Cloudflare, Inc. — as processor of the security and performance analytics service, based on a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 26 of Law No. 124/2024
